Neural network analytics, artificial intelligence, self-learning algorithms, block chain, big data. We hear these terms in the brochures of each product - from a coffee grinder to a car. This increases the value of the product in the eyes of the consumer, and marketers skillfully use it, pumping interest, and making it a fashion. But behind each of these terms is a complex technology that has its own field of application, efficiency, limitations, advantages and disadvantages.
What is neural network analytics, and how does this technology differ from the classical approach to video analysis? What tasks do neural networks do perfectly well, and what tasks are best left to algorithmic analytics? Do I need to train neural networks? What if the customer wants something non-standard, and it seems that the neural network will solve this problem?
March 19 at the PROIPvideo2020 conference about this in his report “Neural network video analytics. Myths and reality ” will tell the Head of ITV Development | AxxonSoft Igor Falomkin.
