What do Koreans and Mexicans have in common? I can't think of anything else other than their mutual love for spicy food I guess. I know they also want their ingredients shredded. That I just noticed myself. I noticed the Koreans are afraid of raw meat. They want their food black and red and not looking like it had just been butchered or boiled. It's funny their radish salad looks like raw flesh. But we all know it's just vegetables and chilli and some tomatoes too. The mexicans will never give out their secret ingredient unintentionally because when everything is shredded, you won't know what they put in your food.
