야간 어두운 환경에서의 번호판 인식 관련 이슈가 있었습니다.
실제 녹화된 영상을 가지고 AXXON INTELLECT에서 번호판 인식을 TEST 해보았습니다. 

저조도 환경에서 번호판 인식을 SW로 처리하기 위해서는 저조도 특성이 좋은 카메라로 구현하는 것이 
중요합니다.

금번 TEST는 한화테크윈 SNO-6090RH 제품을 사용하였습니다.
